On Tuesday, February 15, 2018, TrailWest Bank is upgrading our online and mobile banking platform. We are excited to offer our customers an improved digital banking experience, with new features and functionality!
This upgrade will require both online and mobile banking platforms to be down on February 15th from 6 am MST until 11 am MST.
UPGRADED ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING FEATURES INCLUDE:
Customizable Home Page: From the Home page, customers can create account categories and drag and drop accounts where it makes sense to them.
Branch and ATM Locator: A new Branches tab is available with a map of all TrailWest Branches and ATM’s. Customers can open up any location and get contact information, hours of operations and directions.
Biometrics: Mobile App users on iOS and Android devices can now login using biometrics (finger print or facial recognition) as long as they have been saved to the device to Settings. App users on applicable devices will be offered this on their first login after updating their app. They can also set it up at a later date by going to Settings/ Security Preferences and selecting the appropriate biometric option.
Mobile Banking: An update to existing mobile apps will be available in Google Play and iTunes stores on February 2nd after 10 am MST. To get the new features, app users will need to accept the update.
Existing features will remain available:
· Online Banking Statements
· View balances and transaction details
· Transfer between accounts at TrailWest
· Bill payment
· Secure messaging
